How Long Is The Hire?

Our  experience is that the vast majority of parties/events are held on weekends and we deliver locally the evening prior to your event between 5pm and 8pm and collect the day after the specified hire date between the same time.  Customers who use the courier service will have the item delivered the day prior to the specified hire date by DPD and collected the day after the specified hire date. DPD are able to give you a 1 hour time slot so you don’t have to wait in all day..

The hirer can keep the mascot for the whole weekend if the event falls on a Saturday/Sunday at no additional cost.

Where Are You Based?

We are based in Kent and collection can be arranged if required.

 

When Do I Have The Deposit Returned?

You will have your deposit returned within 2 working days once we have received the costumes back undamaged and complete. The deposit will be returned in the same manner as paid.

If you have collected your costume you will be refunded as soon as you return the costume in satisfactory condition and it is checked in your presence.

Do You Have a Courier Service?

YES!!  We use DPD for all of our courier services.  They have proved reliable and we have not had any problems with them.  In addition they have an excellent reputation and customers can be confident knowing that the costumes will arrive in good time and re-collected on the day that we specify.

All parcels can be tracked. Please note we only deliver to UK mainland.

Can I Collect The Costume?

Yes you can collect your costume.  Collection points will be in Kent and may vary details will be provided when contacting us.    Remember there is free local delivery between these times also.

What Happens If The Costume Gets Damaged?

We fully understand that things go wrong and on the odd occasion items get damaged and are covered by your deposit secured against the costume. If an item becomes damaged we will charge for any repair costs.

If the costume is classed as a Total Loss then the costumer is responsible for the outstanding amount owed on the costume not exceeding £200 each. If you become aware of any damage please advise so we can discuss and come to an satisfactory resolution.
