Order a Mascot in three easy steps
Identify the Mascot Costume you want to order for your Event or Party from the Costumes page.
Check availability with us by telephoning, texting, emailing or completing the contact form and provide details of the date and Mascot Costume you require. We will confirm availability the same day or within 24 hours.

On receiving confirmation of availability return to the costumes page and add the costume to the cart. When at the checkout please type the date(s) you require the costume inside the order notes box. Your refundable deposit and any courier charges can also be paid at this stage and added to the cart from the costume page. If the deposit and courier charge is not paid on booking an invoice will be sent which will require to be paid seven days prior to dispatch.
That is it once you have followed these three steps you can sit back and relax and let us do all the work to fulfill your order. We will arrange the delivery and collection of your Mascot via Parcel Force. Remember our prices are for weekend hire and if your required date is a Saturday or Sunday we will arrange delivery of the costume to you on the Thursday/Friday and arrange collection on the Monday. This gives ample opportunity to try the costume on and practice your moves to bring your mascot to life to maximise the fun at your event or party. We also enclose a list of tips on how best to perform in the mascot. If you are smiling while performing inside the costume its a sure fire way to project the mascot is smiling!!! Whatever you do have fun as the people who come into contact with the mascot are sure to be smiling!!!
